The Traffic Signal Light is an optical device that generates a light pattern of predetermined size, color, and shape to convey control information to drivers of vehicles. It comprises four main components.

• Signal head Housing
• LED Retrofit Module
• Sun visor
• Mounting Brackets

Signal Head Housing

Compatible with both MS and PC, offering high UV protection and IR3 impact resistance. It allows for the configuration of multiple housings arranged in either vertical or horizontal sections. The installation or replacement of the housing or module is straightforward and can be completed quickly without the need for specialized tools.

LED Retrofit Module

The assembly comprises a PCB with LEDs and a driver integrated into a PC Retrofit Module, which has an IP 65 rating. The lens is constructed from high-transmittance PC and is available in two options: colored and clear.

Sun Visor

The Sun Visor is constructed from polycarbonate, enhancing signal visibility in bright sunlight. It is available in three styles: tunnel, full circle, and cap, with color options including traffic yellow and black.

Mounting Brackets

Compatible with both MS and PC, featuring high UV protection and IR3 impact resistance. The mounting brackets are adjustable to fit any diameter of signal pole and can be secured using nut bolts or hose clips. Traffic signal lights (aspects) can be configured either vertically or horizontally. The upper aspect will have a red lens, the middle an amber lens, and the lower a green lens, with the option to add additional signal aspects for left or right turns. br>
Furthermore, the traffic signal light can be fitted with a backboard that includes reflective tape, which enhances the visual contrast between the traffic signal heads and their surroundings, thereby improving signal visibility and safety at intersections.

Traffic Signal Light (Aspects) can be arranged vertically or Horizontally. The colour lens of the upper aspect shall be Red, the middle one amber and the lower one green with provision to incorporate additional Signal Aspects for Left or right turn. In addition, Traffic Signal Light can be equipped with Back Board with reflective tape which provide a visual contrast between traffic signal heads and the environment., enhancing signal visibility and intersection safety.
