Maintel holds a license from the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi to perform electrical installation, testing, repair, and maintenance services. We are equipped with essential instruments such as Insulation Testers, Earth Resistance Testers, Volt-Meters, Ammeters, and Multimeters to facilitate our electrical operations. The installation of traffic signals is a specialized service carried out by our skilled team, ensuring that the traffic control systems are effectively utilized by motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians. Our Microtrans Installation Team possesses extensive experience in executing turnkey projects for Traffic Signal Systems throughout India.
We engage in a variety of electrical and civil operations, which encompass road cutting, trenching, ducting, cable laying, and the installation of electronic and electrical components for the project, as well as civil tasks such as foundation work and the installation of traffic poles. Additionally, we conduct testing and commissioning of complete systems. Our team prioritizes all mobility and safety measures while also identifying opportunities to improve accessible road spaces. We adhere to both International and Indian Standard guidelines (IRC) during the installation of road traffic signals. Numerous health and safety protocols are implemented during the installation of traffic signals due to significant hazards, including working near live traffic, at heights, and with live electricity.
At existing traffic intersection sites, we typically implement a temporary traffic management system. During peak traffic conditions, we schedule installation work during off-peak hours, such as early mornings, late nights, or on weekends, to reduce traffic congestion; however, this may vary based on the specific location of the installation.
A pre-installation test will only be deemed complete if the tested unit satisfies all material, operational, and performance criteria as outlined in the Contract Documents, according to the Engineer's evaluation. Any unit that does not successfully pass a pre-installation test will be marked by the Project Engineer and must be replaced by the Supplier until the new unit successfully passes all pre-installation tests to the satisfaction of the Project Engineer or Client’s Engineer. No unit may be installed in the field without the Engineer issuing a Pre-Installation Test Certificate, confirming that the unit has successfully passed the required tests to his satisfaction. The Engineer reserves the right to waive pre-installation testing requirements for a group of similar units after testing a sufficient number of randomly selected units from that group.
